In racked aisles, start with the Cold Store Reach Truck (RT16/20P-CS). With 1000 × 1200 mm pallets handled crossways, Noblelift lists an aisle width of 2,770 mm for the 1,600 kg RT16-CS and 2,890 mm for the 2,000 kg RT20-CS, so measure between your racking before you choose.
Loads over 2,000 kg need the NP Series Cold Store Electric Forklift (FE4P16/18/20/25/30/35N), a counterbalance truck rated from 1,600 kg up to 3,500 kg. Its turning radius runs from 1,920 mm on the 1.6 and 1.8 tonne trucks to 2,300 mm at 3.5 tonnes.

We survey your store remotely or on a site visit, and your quotation sets out the full specification. Delivery is UK-wide, with operator familiarisation at handover.
Each new truck has a 12-month parts and labour warranty as standard. Once the truck is in use, our service and support team looks after planned maintenance and breakdown repairs using genuine parts, with engineers working from Edinburgh, Newcastle and Worthing. Noblelift's spec tables for these trucks don't give a rated operating temperature, so we don't publish one. Tell us the temperature in each area the truck will work and how long it spends in the cold each shift. We'll then confirm in writing, with your quotation, that the truck suits your store temperature.

For the NP Series Cold Store Electric Forklift, the spec table gives a lowered mast height of 2,010 mm at 1.6 and 1.8 tonnes and 2,045 mm from 2 tonnes up. Its overall width runs from 1,150 mm to 1,290 mm, depending on capacity. The Cold Store Reach Truck is 1,270 mm wide.
Yes. Lithium-ion and lead-acid are both listed at every capacity. Tell us your shift pattern and we'll specify the battery with the truck.
It runs at 48 V. The RT16-CS takes a 420 Ah or 560 Ah battery and the RT20-CS a 560 Ah battery.
