PUDU T300 Series · Industrial Delivery Robot
Supplied by Pristine Material Handling, authorised PUDU dealer. Deployment is planned around your site and workflow at survey stage.
If people on your site spend part of every shift pushing trolleys of parts, work in progress and inspection samples between production lines and quality control, the PUDU T300 is designed to take over those runs. PUDU describes it as a delivery robot for material transport in industrial environments: an autonomous mobile robot for factories and warehouses that carries up to 300 kg and, according to PUDU, does not depend on preset physical path markers, so it can adapt as your layout changes.
PUDU's product page lists two models. The T300 Standard (WTID01) carries material boxes and similar loads on its deck. The T300 Lifting (WTIDL1) drives under a castor rack, lifts it 60 mm and delivers it, which PUDU positions for fully automated delivery with loading and unloading. Both share the same 835 mm × 500 mm × 1350 mm body, 1.2 m/s maximum speed and 2 h (0% to 90%) charging time. PUDU's 2025 series introduction also lists Tray, Towing and Conveyor versions, which we can talk through with you. Ask us about availability.
We start from your workflow rather than the robot: what moves, from where to where, how often, and through which doors and lifts. From there we recommend the version and set-up that suits, whether that is the T300 or another model in our automation range, where PUDU positions the PUDU T150 for lighter payloads and the PUDU T600 for heavier ones. Pristine Material Handling is an authorised PUDU dealer with national engineering coverage. To ask about availability and find out whether the T300 fits your site, request a quote and we will start with a specification and survey.

PUDU VSLAM+ combines visual and laser SLAM, and PUDU states the T300 needs no preset physical path markers. According to PUDU, it can map areas up to 200,000 m², work under ceilings up to 30 m and adapt to layout changes without time-consuming reconfiguration.
The Standard (WTID01) carries loads on its deck; the Lifting (WTIDL1) drives under a castor rack and lifts it 60 mm. PUDU publishes a standard rack and dimensional limits for custom racks, so we can check whether your own racks fit at survey.
PUDU states the T300 complies with ISO 3691-4. It uses lidar, depth cameras, collision sensors and emergency stops, and PUDU says it can identify low-lying and suspended obstacles and recognise yellow safety lines on the floor.
PUDU's product page quotes a run-time of 8 h at full load and 12 h with no load, with a 2 h charge from 0% to 90%. PUDU lists a 30 Ah lithium-ion battery that can be swapped, or the robot can recharge automatically on a charging pile.
PUDU lists lift and e-gate control, pager call and management through the Pudu Link app. According to PUDU, its scheduler can dispatch up to 20 robots in one environment and detour automatically around congestion.
PUDU lists three delivery modes. In Auto-delivery mode the T300 navigates autonomously to designated destinations. PUDU's Follow mode uses visual recognition so several robots can queue and follow one another, and Power-assist mode helps an operator push it by hand for manual tasks or map building.

According to PUDU's product page, the Standard model (WTID01) carries up to 300 kg on its deck: material boxes and similar loads for line-side and work-in-progress deliveries. The Lifting model (WTIDL1) collects castor racks and lifts them 60 mm; PUDU's standard rack has an 820 mm × 610 mm load surface, and custom racks can be used within PUDU's published limits. PUDU publications give differing load figures for the Lifting model, so we confirm the rated load for your rack and goods at survey.
It uses VSLAM and lidar SLAM, which PUDU calls VSLAM+, rather than preset physical path markers. The site is mapped with PUDU's built-in mapping tool, and the robot then delivers to designated destinations on that map. PUDU states the system can map areas up to 200,000 m² and work under ceilings up to 30 m. The robot also carries 360° lidar, depth cameras, collision switches and emergency stops for running in aisles shared with people.
PUDU gives a charging time of 2 h (0% to 90%). There are two options: swap the 30 Ah lithium-ion battery and charge it on PUDU's wired charger, or let the robot recharge automatically on a charging pile. The charger takes AC 100 V–240 V, 50/60 Hz. PUDU's product page quotes a run-time of 8 h at full load and 12 h with no load.
PUDU specifies an indoor environment with flat, smooth floors, and its manual says the robot should not be used where there are steps or steep slopes. It crosses thresholds up to 20 mm and grooves up to 35 mm. The Standard model needs a path clearance of at least 60 cm; for the Lifting model it is determined by load size (PUDU's default settings show a minimum pass-through width of 1000 mm with its standard rack). The working temperature range is 0 °C to 40 °C. If routes run through lifts or gated doors, tell us, as PUDU offers lift and e-gate control. We check all of this at survey.
Start with an enquiry: request a quote or call 0131 605 0238 (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm), and tell us what you move, where to and how often. We then specify and survey, remotely or with a site visit, and send a written quotation with full specification. Delivery and handover include operator familiarisation. Ask us about availability when you enquire.
