Overview

About this model

Your team may spend part of every shift walking components, parts and totes between stores, production lines and packing areas. The PUDU T150 is built to take on repeat runs like these. PUDU describes it as a light-payload industrial delivery robot designed for 150 kg payload applications in manufacturing and warehouse environments. It carries up to 150 kg and navigates with VSLAM+LiDAR. It can be sent on its next job from its onboard touchscreen, a button pager or PUDU Link, which can free your people for work that needs them.

PUDU builds the T150 in two versions. Both share the same 835mm×500mm×1350mm dimensions, 150 kg maximum load, 30 Ah battery and 0.2~1.2 m/s maximum operating speed. The T150 Lifting (WTIDL0) has a 60mm lifting height and weighs 81 kg. PUDU designed it for automated integration and more advanced workflows, and PUDU's own imagery shows it parked beneath a wheeled cart. The T150 Standard (WTID00) weighs 65 kg, and PUDU positions it for cost-effective, point-to-point material delivery.

The T150 sits at the 150 kg end of PUDU's T-series. PUDU says the series covers payloads from 150 kg to 600 kg, with the PUDU T300 and PUDU T600 above it. PUDU aims the T150 at small and mid-sized manufacturers and logistics operators. For factory delivery work, PUDU's listed uses include loop deliveries, material replenishment and component and parts delivery. Pristine Material Handling is an authorised PUDU dealer with national engineering coverage. We start with your routes, loads and shift pattern, then recommend the version, charging set-up and integrations that fit. See how it sits alongside the rest of our automation range. PUDU announced the T150 in January 2026, so ask us about availability when you request a quote.

Features

What the PUDU T150 does

Designed for quick set-up

PUDU states the T150 can be set up and running in 60 minutes or less with no site modification. According to PUDU, mapping can be completed on the robot itself within 10 minutes, and several robots network with each other without local servers or a separate network deployment.

Navigation that keeps up with the floor

The T150 combines VSLAM visual localisation with LiDAR, using dual RGBD cameras and 360° dual LiDAR. PUDU says its VSLAM + LiDAR localisation adapts in real time to changing environments and supports dynamic map updates. PUDU also lists AI-driven multi-level navigation and obstacle avoidance.

Simple to call and dispatch

An onboard touchscreen running PUDU's own operating system handles task dispatching, mode switching and configuration. PUDU states it also supports button pagers, PUDU Link and API integration.

Works with gates and lifts

PUDU lists IoT integration for e-gate control, elevator (lift) control, calling with a pager and PUDU Link. This means routes may pass through controlled gates and use lifts between floors where your site equipment is compatible, which we check at survey.

Charging to suit your shift pattern

The 30 Ah battery has a published charging time of 2h(0%-90%) and an operating time of 12h (no-load). PUDU lists rapid battery swapping, automatic charging and wired charging as power options, and says these support near 24/7 operation.

Industrial unibody build

PUDU states the T150 uses high-strength aerospace materials in a unibody design for impact resistance. PUDU also states that it meets ISO 3691-4 standards and holds industrial-specific CE certification.

FAQs

Common questions

What can the PUDU T150 carry?

Both versions have a published maximum load of 150 kg. The T150 Lifting (WTIDL0) has a 60mm lifting height. PUDU intends it for automated integration and more advanced workflows, and its imagery shows the robot parked beneath a wheeled cart. The T150 Standard (WTID00) is intended for point-to-point material delivery. PUDU's listed uses include component and parts delivery, material replenishment and retrieval, and warehouse picking and distribution. We confirm the rating for your actual load, container and route at survey.

How does the T150 navigate, and what does my site need?

It navigates with VSLAM+LiDAR, using dual RGBD cameras and 360° dual LiDAR. PUDU states that no site modification is needed and that mapping can be completed on the robot within 10 minutes. Routes need to stay within PUDU's published limits: a minimum passable width of 60cm, steps of up to 20 mm, gaps of up to 35 mm and an operating environment of 0 ℃~ 40 ℃. If a route passes through controlled gates or uses a lift, we check PUDU's e-gate and elevator control integrations against your equipment at survey.

How is it charged, and how long does it run?

PUDU publishes a 30 Ah battery, a charging time of 2h(0%-90%) and an operating time of 12h (no-load). PUDU lists rapid battery swapping, automatic charging and wired charging as power options, and says these support near 24/7 operation. Actual run time depends on your loads and duty cycle, so we plan the charging set-up around your shift pattern.

Is the PUDU T150 available in the UK?

PUDU announced the T150 in January 2026. Please ask us about availability for your site. Pristine Material Handling is an authorised PUDU dealer with national engineering coverage.
