Warehouse automation robots, planned around your workflow

Pristine Material Handling is a UK-based, authorised PUDU Robotics dealer. We start with your workflow, the repetitive journeys that tie people up every shift, then match the robot to the move: pallet moves with the PUDU MP2000, point-to-point deliveries with the T150, T300 and T600, alongside our forklift range.

Start with the workflow, not the robot

Good automation starts with a walk round the site. Look for moves that are repetitive, predictable and at floor level: pallets from goods-in to staging, parts and totes to line-side, empty carriers back again. Those are the journeys autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) suit.

Put-away at height stays with people and trucks, so we plan robots and forklifts together, drawing on our Noblelift range, with capacities from 0.6 t to 18 t.

Choosing between the four PUDU robots

Choose by load, then by how it is carried. Availability varies by model and version, so ask us about availability for the robot you have in mind.

  • PUDU MP2000: pallets. PUDU's AI-native pallet handling robot carries up to 2000 kg and lifts to 200±5 mm, so it moves pallets at floor level. Standard (620 mm fork outer width) and Narrow Fork (550 mm) versions.
  • PUDU T150: light loads up to 150 kg, such as parts and small items. Standard version for point-to-point delivery; Lifting version with a 60 mm lift.
  • PUDU T300: mid-weight loads, with a 300 kg maximum load on the Standard version. PUDU also lists lifting, tray, towing and conveyor versions.
  • PUDU T600: heavy loads up to 600 kg. The Upright has a touchscreen, handle and 60 mm lift; the Underride drives beneath racks or shelves, lifts them and moves them.

AMRs for warehouses: what your site needs

AMRs plan their own routes, but they still need the right conditions. We check your site against PUDU's published figures:

  • Floors: PUDU's T300 guidance is an indoor environment with flat, smooth surfaces and no steep slopes. The MP2000's gradeability is 3° at full load and 8° unloaded.
  • Thresholds and gaps: PUDU quotes thresholds of up to 20 mm for the T150 and the T300 Standard and Lifting versions, up to 10 mm for the T600 and MP2000, and gaps of up to 35 mm for all four.
  • Pass-through widths: a minimum of 60 cm for the T150 and T300 Standard, 70 cm for the T600 Upright and 65 cm for the Underride. PUDU gives the MP2000's right-angle stacking aisle width as ≤2000 mm for 1200 × 1000 mm pallets and ≤1960 mm for 1200 × 800 mm, 1200 mm along the forks.
  • Charging: about 2 h (0% to 90%) for the T-series, with automatic recharging and battery swapping; about 2 h for the MP2000 on a 200–240 V AC supply.
  • Temperature: PUDU's operating range for the T150, T300 and T600 is 0 °C to 40 °C.
  • Doors and lifts: PUDU lists e-gate and lift control for the T-series, and optional door and lift integration for the MP2000.

How Pristine delivers your automation project

Our process has four steps, backed by national engineering coverage from engineering locations in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Worthing:

  • Enquire: contact us or request a quote and tell us what moves, where and how often.
  • Specification and survey, remotely or with a site visit, checking your routes against the robot's requirements.
  • A written quotation with full specification.
  • Delivery and handover with operator familiarisation, then service and support: planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and genuine parts.

About PUDU Robotics

PUDU Robotics (Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in Shenzhen, China, in 2016. As of September 2026, PUDU states it has shipped over 130,000 robots to customers across 85+ countries and regions, and that its European business spans more than 20 countries, including the United Kingdom.

PUDU launched its industrial range between April 2024 (T300) and August 2026 (MP2000).

FAQs

Common questions

Are PUDU robots available in the UK?

We are a UK-based, authorised PUDU Robotics dealer. Availability varies by model and version, so ask us about availability for the robot you have in mind.

Will an AMR replace our forklifts?

Not for lifting to height. The MP2000 lifts 200±5 mm, so put-away stays with a reach truck, electric stacker or forklift. Robots take the repetitive floor-level moves in between.

Do we need to change our building?

PUDU states the MP2000 needs no dedicated reflectors or QR codes, and the T150 no environmental changes. Floors, thresholds, widths, doors and lifts still have to suit the robot; the survey checks each one.

How long do the robots run between charges?

PUDU quotes 12 h at no load for all four robots, and 6 h at maximum load for the MP2000. Charging takes about 2 h (0% to 90% on the T-series), so we plan it around your shifts.

Can the robots work with our systems and our people?

PUDU states tasks can be sent via PUDU Link or call buttons, with API integration listed for the MP2000 and T150, and that the T600 supports the VDA5050 protocol. For shared aisles, PUDU states the MP2000's depth cameras, 3D LiDAR and other sensors detect people, equipment and obstacles in real time.
