What we collect
When you send a quote request, a contact message or a service request, or ask to download a brochure, we collect what you enter: your name, business, email address, phone number, and details of the equipment, site and work. If you phone or email us, we keep a record of what you tell us. Customer portal users also give us the email address they log in with.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to follow up when you download a brochure, to prepare quotations, to arrange deliveries, servicing and parts, and to keep records of the work we do for you. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and on taking the steps you ask for before a contract. We do not add you to mailing lists or sell your details.
Who else sees it
Our website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, and the customer portal uses Supabase. They hold the information for us and may not use it for their own purposes. We share details with Noblelift, PUDU or a finance partner only when that is needed to supply what you have asked for, such as a finance application.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and customer records for as long as the law and our accounting obligations require.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on our contact page loads from Google only when you press Show map. The customer portal keeps you logged in using your browser's storage. When you download a brochure, your browser keeps the details you entered so you need not type them again; clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@pristinemh.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
