Three-wheel electric forklifts, 0.8 to 2 tonnes

Pristine Material Handling supplies new Noblelift three-wheel electric forklifts rated from 800 kg to 2,000 kg. Four model ranges cover ten rated versions across the N, N1 and C Series, with lithium batteries on three of the four. If you need a 3 wheel electric forklift for a tight site, we specify it against your loads and site, then deliver UK-wide.

What a three-wheel electric forklift is

A three-wheel electric forklift is a battery-powered counterbalance truck with two wheels at the front, near the forks, and a single steering point at the rear. That layout lets the truck turn in a tight arc, which suits congested floors and narrow gangways.

Running on a traction battery, it produces no exhaust fumes where it works. The trucks on this page are compact electric forklifts: listed service weights, battery included, run from 1,800 kg to 3,520 kg, and turning radii from 1,160 mm to 1,700 mm. For other electric models, see our full range of electric forklifts.

Jobs and sites these trucks suit

As small electric forklifts, three-wheel trucks suit warehouses, production areas, stores and loading bays with firm, level floors and little room to turn. Within this range:

  • The N Series is designed for indoor use, with a compact chassis. The FE3R08N, rated at 800 kg, has a turning radius of 1,160 mm.
  • The C Series FE3D16/18/20C runs on cushion (solid) tyres and is built for compact size and manoeuvrability.
  • The N1 Series FE3D16/18/20N1 lists a travel speed of 15 km/h laden or unladen and gradient performance of 15% laden and 20% unladen, useful on sites with ramps or longer runs. Its lowered mast height is 1,995 mm.

How to choose a truck in this range

Start with your heaviest load and match it to a rated capacity:

Then check the fit. The FE3R and FE3D C models list a lift height of 3,000 mm (3 m); the N1 lists a free lift of 120 mm, so confirm the mast you need at the specification stage. Each range lists more than one battery capacity, so match the battery to your shift pattern. Our lithium vs lead-acid vs diesel guide sets out the trade-offs, and you can also browse our lithium forklifts.

  • 800, 1,000 or 1,200 kg: the FE3R08N, FE3R10N and FE3R12N, on a 24 V battery, rated at a 500 mm load centre.
  • 1,600 kg: the FE3R16NC, a lithium truck on a 48 V battery (350 Ah, or 400 Ah optional).
  • 1,600, 1,800 or 2,000 kg: the FE3D C Series, with a choice of 48 V lead-acid or 51.2 V lithium-ion batteries.
  • 1,600, 1,800 or 2,000 kg: the FE3D N1 Series, on a 76.8 V lithium-ion battery.

Do you have a 1 tonne electric forklift?

Yes. The FE3R10N is rated at 1,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, with a 3,000 mm lift height, a 1,320 mm turning radius and a 24 V, 420 Ah battery (480 or 540 Ah optional).

Which 3 wheel lithium forklifts are available?

The FE3R16NC (1,600 kg, 48 V), the FE3D16/18/20C with a 51.2 V lithium-ion option, and the FE3D16/18/20N1 on a 76.8 V lithium-ion battery. The C Series can also be specified with a 48 V lead-acid battery.

What turning radius does a three-wheel forklift have?

In this range, listed turning radii run from 1,160 mm (FE3R08N) to 1,700 mm (FE3D20C). The 1.6 to 2 t trucks sit between 1,500 mm and 1,700 mm.
