Electric pallet trucks with scales, 1.5 and 2 tonne

An electric pallet truck with scales lets you move a pallet and weigh it with the same truck. Pristine Material Handling supplies three Noblelift weighing pallet truck models, rated at 1,500 kg or 2,000 kg, all battery-powered with a 115 mm lift height. As an authorised Noblelift dealer, we deliver UK-wide and specify each truck against your loads and site.

What an electric weighing pallet truck is

A weighing pallet truck is a pallet truck with a weighing scale built in, so a load can be weighed on the truck itself instead of being taken to a separate floor scale. Every truck on this page is listed as a Weighing Scale Pallet Truck in our electric pallet truck range, and each spec table lists a battery voltage and capacity.

All three have a 115 mm lift height and are rated at a 600 mm load centre. Like any pallet truck, they move pallets at floor level rather than lifting them into racking. If you need to stack, look at our electric stackers instead.

Jobs and sites these trucks suit

An electric pallet truck gives you powered pallet movement instead of pulling loads by hand. A weighing scale pallet truck adds a weight reading to that job, which is useful wherever pallet weights need checking:

  • Goods-in, checking incoming pallets against delivery paperwork.
  • Dispatch, confirming outgoing pallet weights before loading.
  • Production and storage areas, weighing pallets without a trip to a fixed scale.

How to choose within this range

Start with your heaviest pallet. The PTE15N SC, PWB-150w and PTE15Q2 SC are rated at 1,500 kg. For loads up to 2,000 kg, choose the PTE20Q2 SC, the 2 t version of the PTE15-20Q2 SC. Then compare the figures that affect your site:

Still deciding what type of truck you need? Our guide to choosing a forklift, reach truck, stacker or pallet truck explains where each one fits.

  • Aisle width for 800 × 1,200 mm pallets lengthways: 2,000 mm (PTE15N SC), 2,005 mm (PWB-150w) or 2,128 mm (PTE15-20Q2 SC).
  • Turning radius: from 1,318 mm (PTE15Q2 SC) to 1,387 mm (PTE15N SC).
  • Laden travel speed: from 4.0 km/h (PWB-150w) to 4.9 km/h (PTE20Q2 SC).
  • Forks: 1,150 mm long on the PTE15N SC and PWB-150w, 1,164 mm on the PTE15-20Q2 SC. Fork spread is listed as 562 / 707 mm, or 540 / 685 mm on the PWB-150w.
  • Battery: 24 V on the 1.5 t trucks and 48 V on the PTE20Q2 SC, each with a 20 Ah nominal capacity listed.

FAQs

Common questions

What capacity are your weighing pallet trucks?

The PTE15N SC, PWB-150w and PTE15Q2 SC are rated at 1,500 kg, and the PTE20Q2 SC at 2,000 kg, all at a 600 mm load centre.

Are these electric pallet trucks?

Yes. All three are battery-powered, with a 24 V battery on the 1.5 t models and 48 V on the 2 t PTE20Q2 SC.

How high do they lift?

Every model has a 115 mm lift height, for moving pallets at floor level. To lift loads onto racking you need a stacker or forklift.

Can they work on ramps?

Maximum laden gradeability is listed at 6% for the 1.5 t models and 7% for the PTE20Q2 SC. Unladen it is 16%, or 20% on the PWB-150w.

How accurate are the scales?

Scale accuracy and trade approval are not listed in the spec tables on this site. Raise it when you enquire so it can be covered during specification.

Do you deliver outside Scotland?

Yes. We are based in Newbridge, Scotland, and deliver UK-wide.
